Join us as we honor our fallen heroes in a special Memorial Day Workout. “Murph” is a hero workout that honors the sacrifice and service of fallen Navy Seal LT. Michael P. Murphy.

True Athletics will host our annual Murph workout on Saturday, May 25th at 9:00am. This hero workout is open to all members and non-members of True Athletics. Bring your friends and family members to celebrate our heroes!

Two weeks from today we will be doing the Annual Murph Workout here at True Athletics!

We will ONLY have a 9AM class on Monday, May 29th(Memorial Day) so we can all come together as a community to perform Murph for those who have fallen. We hope to see you there!❤️💙🤍

Mommy & Me Highlight of the day!

Mama Anne, her daughter Lyla, & son Riley.

Lyla loves hanging out no matter what we are doing. But she especially loves coloring and snuggling together.

Riley also loves cuddling with me but is always up for kicking a soccer ball or playing other sports together.
