Meet The Team | ABCs of Behavior Leslie Kathleen Grenville is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and owner of ABCs Of Behavior with her husband, Devin. Leslie received her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023 and has been working in the field of ABA since 2019.

ABCs Of Behavior is all about positive reinforcement; as therapists, we need it too! 🔆

What is positive reinforcement?

Positive reinforcement is a behavioral modification technique that increases the likelihood of a behavior reoccurring by adding a pleasant stimulus after the behavior occurs.

When we do great things we earn moolah 🐮 dollars from anonymous people to cash out for prizes! You never know who’s watching you do great things.

I have to admit, I slacked in July and totally forgot to have everyone vote. But, when they did, I won!! Its weird to write a status about myself but, I (Leslie/Kathleen) do enjoy positive reinforcement, too!!

If I could make about 10 clones of Kaitlin, I would in a heartbeat. Fast learner, dedicated, and always willing to learn/take feedback.

🌸 Meet Jeanna Oates.
•Jeanna has been a behavior therapist for nearly 5-6 years; she also has a background in Early Intervention. Jeanna recently finished her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and will soon take her BCBA exam! We are so proud and thankful to have Jeanna on our team.

🌸 Meet Faith Mason.
•Faith graduated from Sumter High School in 2017. Faith has a background of working with children in daycare systems. Faith came to ABCs Of Behavior with no background in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been a therapist for a month and a half, PASSING ON HER FIRST ATTEMPT. Faith came willing to learn and open minded. We are incredibly proud of her and thankful to have her on our team!
