OFFICE UPDATE:

It looks like we will be closed for at least 4-5 more weeks. The insurance
company and the adjusters don’t seem to be in too much of a hurry to get things moving!
We will be having a monthly meeting on Monday, July 8th at 6:30pm at my (Cindy’s) church.

In addition to the following speakers we also have Mike Crawford for Sheriff, Gina Godbehere for Maricopa County Attorney and Blake Masters for Congress CD8 joining us.

Worker for Maricopa County Elections Arrested After Stealing Security Fob and Keys - American Faith A temporary worker has been arrested in Arizona after it was discovered that he stole a key fob at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC).

Well, it wasn’t a total loss. Our furniture and electronics are all okay. The items that were hard surfaces could be decontaminated and fingers crossed the smell will be gone. Hopefully, our insurance will cover the rest of the losses. Electricity to the building may be restored this weekend; however, it will be a little while before we will be able to move back into the office. There is a lot of work still needing to be done. The insulation in the roof needs to be replaced in the entire north wing, which is where we are located. The ceiling in all the north wing offices will need to be replaced. The carpeting can hopefully be cleaned well enough to get the burnt wiring smell out! Although, I wouldn’t mind getting new flooring. This is just one big inconvenience!
