Last week was fun filled with a peaceful stay at Twin Lakes and some special birthday wishes. I am now in the 60’s club.

The newly paved Centennial Trail is now open! Opportunities await for biking, walking, running, or skating after the easternmost 14 miles of the Spokane River Centennial Trail reopened. This section, including the part through Spokane Valley, was resurfaced with a new layer of asphalt by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. The project was finished weeks ahead of schedule, and now trail users can enjoy a smooth new surface.
