Tree care including trimming, pruning, complete removals and firewood sales
Wind destroys trees again in Westerville. This damage is from a very brief gust of wind that lasted less than 15 minutes. Luckily, the trees were the only things damaged.
This is 6 hours of work condensed into approximately 4 minutes. I took down a Sweet Gum Tree for my aunt. She said she was tired of rolling her ankles on all of the "spikey balls" and wanted it removed.
I was working alone with help from my cousin, A.K.A. "Cowboy Troy"
Thanks couz
Bradford Pear Trees
It seems like it's a matter of when, not if a Bradford will split apart. Two of these 4 trees had significant damage from some small wind gusts. The home owners decided to have all 4 removed so they could plant something else.
All 4 trees fit in the trailer and weighed a total of 8,700 pounds!

This before and after photo shows the results of an extensive pruning we did on a Locust tree in Westerville. We were able to remove 90+% of the dead branches and raise the canopy. We also corrected several places where the branches were rubbing, causing potential damage.
The home owner wanted us to remove this Birch Tree so they could plant something else. We grind to a depth of about 12" to make planting easier.
Thank you Mrs. Dickerson for trusting us with your project.
Sweet Gum trees are beautiful trees, but many don't like them because they drop "spikey balls". This was one of those situations, but with a twist. We were called to finish a job another "tree company" walked away from.
When you're not sure if removing your Honeysuckle will look good
How to install & retrieve a friction saver from the ground.
If done incorrectly, your rope and your friction saver will get stuck in the tree.
High winds broke this tree about 20' up from the ground. It was still attached to the trunk and the top of it was locked in and resting on some smaller trees. It was very difficult to break them apart.
This tree started to lean and progressively got worse day by day.
This was a small job to us, but it meant a lot to our client. Now they can make the changes to their landscape they have been waiting for.
We finally acquired a chipper! This will increase our efficiency and make life easier for our crew members.
High winds strike again. The storm that passed through on Saturday was brief but created a lot of damage. The Sycamore Tree in these pictures lost a limb that weighed 2,580 pounds. It fell onto a patio and luckily did minimal damage to the house.
Birch Trees. It seems that you either love them, or hate them. This is a quick before and after shot of a Birch Tree that wasn’t loved.
3 Pine Removals. We left them at about 55” tall per the customer’s request. They plan on using them as fence posts for an upcoming project.
This tree started falling apart a year ago. We were hired again this year to finally remove the whole thing.
Guess the weight. How much do you think this damaged Silver Maple tree weighs? Diameter at base was about 36”.
Wind Storm = Damaged White Pine
This pine was leaning towards the garage. It was being held in position by the tree next to it. I couldn’t get to it for several days, so I tied it off to prevent it from being pushed over. There was another wind storm forecast and luckily it held.
Silver Maple Trim - Before/After
Shout out to Dan Brenner for letting me straighten up his tree!
These trees were huge, and the views were amazing!

Cutting Sycamore Trees - Caution!
Every tree had metal in it!
I had the opportunity to work for a friend and past co-worker. We miss you, Cheryl!
We had the opportunity to do some work for an existing client the other day. Getting repeat business is considered a compliment and it is very important to us.
All packed up and heading out for the day! I am always grateful to have work in my forecast.
Lake Norris, TN
This may have been the coldest job to date! The mesh face shield on my helmet had a solid mass of ice from my breath, with sawdust mixed into it. I eventually had to stop using it when I could no longer see through it. We got the job done though!
