Look at the beautiful lunch that Mary Lawrence made with an African Falafel Burger, sauteed shallot, avocado, red pepper, and mixed greens! Delicious!

Wow! Just found your roasted garlic blackeyed pea burgers at Whole Foods in CT and they are so good!! Love the flavor and texture, and I'm amazed that they're glutenfree! They held together nicely when heated in a skillet and had a firm consistency that didn't get soggy under my sauteed shallot & red pepper and avocado toppings. Thank you for the delicious lunch!
