🐶 Make sure your pets have plenty of water and are cool

🚘 NEVER leave kids, pets, or the elderly in hot cars. Not even for a minute. If you ever see either in distress in a hot car, please call 911 immediately

Tooth enamel is like a shield around teeth that helps protect them from tooth decay and cavities. But it needs your help your help to keep it strong in the fight against cavities.

Here are somethings you can do to help keep your enamel strong:

*Make sure you're eating an adequate amount of calcium

*Drink more water instead of drinks that contain high amounts of sugar

*Brush, floss, and visit your dentist regularly to make sure your teeth stay nice and healthy 🦷✨

Get to know your orthodontist! Here’s a little about Dr. Nguyen. . .

Hi, my name is Vinh Nguyen!

I come from modest beginnings. I immigrated to the United States at the age of 5, learning first-hand the importance of sacrifice and determination.

I grew up in Stockton but moved to the Bay Area when I attended UC Berkeley. I then continued my dental degree at the University of the Pacific. Here, I received my doctorate degree in Dentistry and Orthodontics and was an adjunct assistant professor.

Outside the office, most of my time is spent with my wife and two daughters. In the very little time that is left over, I love to play golf, tennis, and being outdoors.

Thank you for allowing me to share my story with you. I look forward to learning more about you!
