Today's weather is cold and rainy so perfect time to eat fried foods. I always prefer to enjoy fried things on rainy days.
Tawa Zucchini
Recipe
4 Zucchini
1 carrot grated
2 crushed garlic
2 tsp kadhai paneer masala
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric
2 tsp coconut oil
Take iron tawa add 2 tsp coconut oil
Once it is hot add crushed garlic and green chilli
Add Zucchini pieces
Add salt and turmeric to taste
Saute it 4 to 5 minutes then add grated carrot
Add kadhai masala and stir it for 2 minutes
Add nutritional yeast and stir it nicely
It's ready now
If nutritional yeast is not available, you can add roasted sesame seeds powder.

Cheesy TOFU
Recipe
Firm Tofu 1 packet ( drained properly, you can use paper towel)
Cut the tofu into square pieces
Take one skillet ( I used iron tawa)
Add 1 tbsp coconut oil
Add chopped green chillies and 2 crushed garlic
Add Tofu pieces
Add salt
Saute it till it becomes golden brown
Add 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/ 2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Then sprinkle freshly grounded black pepper
It's ready now to enjoy ❤🕊

1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup jowar flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup organic sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegan chocochips
Take one large bowl and knead all the ingredients and bake it for 14 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit.

Paneer chilliclick
Preparation for masala
1 large onion, 7 to 8 garlic cloves, 10 to 12 soaked cashews, 4 to 5 dry red chillies
Take one skillet and add 2 tbsp oil and saute above ingredients till onion becomes golden brown and then add 2 large tomatoes ( roughly chopped )
Saute tomatoes till little tender.
Once it's cool grind it into a smooth paste adding 2 tbsp water.
Keep the masala aside.
Take one kadhai and add 2 tbsp oil
Once it's hot add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom and saute it in medium flame for 30 seconds
Add masala paste ( onion paste which u have prepared earlier)
Saute masala for 2 minutes and add coriander powder, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli powder and 1 tsp sugar
Saute it for 2 minutes in low flame
Add 2 cups of water and cover the lid for 7 to 8 minutes
Then add paneer pieces and boil it for another 5 minutes
Add kasuri methi and 2 tsp butter.
Garnish with cashew paste and chopped coriander leaves.
It's ready to be served with rice or roti.

Mix it and bake it for 40 minutes
