At Surf Cafea, we take great pride in our coffee selection. We believe that our community deserves the finest coffee's in the world, and work diligently to import and roast the highest graded coffees we can find. This week we are featuring our ETHIOPIA DARATU. The Daratu is one our of highest graded coffees, and offers notes of blueberry and blackberry. This coffee was dry processed; meaning that after these coffee cherries were picked they were set to dry in the sun. The drying process ferments the cherry mucilage around the bean, and infuses complex and vivid fruit-forward notes. The Daratu is one of the house favorites because of it's unique and pleasant sweetness. Make sure to stop in today to try a cup, and grab a bag for this limited-time offer.
