My happy news today...my physical therapy ends tomorrow! I still have the boot, still walk like I'm just learning, but have the tools I need to ride this out! I have virtually no pain in my foot, but other muscles are screaming when I do too much! Im getting there!

Things are doing well with me. I can start using a cane now!! I also can do steps on my own! I know...sounds like nothing but it's something to me!

I'm going home tomorrow! Will still use a walker and can only put partial weight on my surgery foot. But I'll be home!!!!!

This adorable little boy is the lucky owner of FOUR of my kids quiet books! His grandma loves them and says they nestle in at bedtime, creating stories for each critter. I love hearing these stories!

Hi friends! This is just an update. I'm finally getting foot/ankle surgery next week. The goal is no more pain! Since I'll be stuck with non weight-bearing for 3 months, I won't be sewing much. Lots of my things are hand stitched, but I'm always jumping up to add some little thing to make it perfect. And there won't be any jumping up for awhile. Soooo thanks for your patience, but if there are things you'd like to order, realize delivery would most likely be late May! Meanwhile, if you are bored, stop by and keep me company!

My last show of the season on Saturday! SUPERIOR VILLAGE HALL, 6702 Ogden. Runs from 830am to 3pm. Plenty of Christmas to choose from, plus these two cuties!

Well how about this? I cut a bazillion red pieces for candy cane stripes this morning. Then I stopped, not wanting to over cut. So I'm sewing stripes on and I wondered if I needed to cut more, but I cut exactly the number I needed! That never happens!

After last week, I had to sew fast to replenish my snowmen pillows. These will all be at Parkland this weekend.
