The “grill n chill” area got a refresh this spring with new Polywood seating, side tables, cushions, pillows and wall decor. Ready for some grilling, tv watching, and relaxing!

The porch got a little sprucing up with a new door color, wall decor, welcome mat, ceiling fan and throw pillows. Looking like pure relaxation 😎

It’s a gorgeous spring day by the pool at Ocean Lakes! 80 degrees with a nice breeze. We have a few April weekdays open. Come relax before the crowd arrives in May! DM us to check April dates!

March has been a busy month so far! We’ve hosted 3 families and all 3 gave the Current Resident a 5 star rating in every category and overall! Looking forward to finishing out this month with 3 more families who we can’t wait to host!

💡💡💡💡 The bunk room got a little brighter this week with new sconces for each bunk! Each sconce has its own on/off switch, 2 USB ports, and an outlet, so no more hunting for a place to charge devices! ✅

Who’s counting down to their vacation!? We can’t wait to host all the great families who have already booked the Current Resident for 2024! We have been busy this week adding some finishing touches for the upcoming season and we are looking forward to returning guests and new 🌴 see you all soon 🥳🤗

We know, we know. Nobody likes doing laundry! But if you need to do a load or a few while you’re at the Current Resident, you’ll soon have a brand new machine to do it in! Delivery should be in the next few weeks. We are excited to provide this upgrade for our guests!

We want to hear from YOU! We are considering including beach towels this year with your stay so guests don’t have to worry about packing those. We would ask that guests put them in the washer and start the cycle at check out. We provide detergent of course. Is this something you’d like to see us add? Comment below and let us know. Check out this wonderful service for your next vacation to the Current Resident! Grocery Delivery at the Lakes will go pick up your order, bring it into the house and put it away for you! Take the stress and time out of shopping and carrying everything in and getting it put away! More time for putting your toes in the sand 🏝️ 🏖️

It was a work weekend at the Current Resident! The bunk room got a little personality with a fun bright pink plaid wallpaper and new mint green quilts. We are getting ready for all of our 2024 guests and can’t wait to share this space with old and new friends!
