Youth Outreach. They will have lots to do and see, so come on out and help support all local vendors for a good cause!

Hello Arizona!! We are excited to announce a new item to choose on our truck......Green Chile Queso!!!! What?!?!?! Yes, you can have it with chips, on your nachos, or smother your burrito with it! We will be at Food Truck Friday in Glendale. Saturday we will be at Mark Coranado Park in Surprise 5pm to 10pm. We will post for that separately.

Hello Arizona! This Saturday we will be at The Roadrunner in New River 6pm to 10pm. They will have bullriding competitions...lots of fun! Sunday we will be at the Waddell Farmers Market 9am to 1pm. We will have our new item on the truck green chili Queso! So lots of fun stuff going on!

Here it is folks we will be serving Queso with green chili! That's right you can put it on anything, fries , burritos, chips and queso..get creative. Don't forget our refreshing Aguas Frescas! Good morning Southern Colorado and happy Friday! We will be in San Luis, Colorado for Santana Days. Two locations are set up, the red trailer is set up in between Town Hall building and Phillip 66. That trailer will be serving breakfast and Agua Frescas along with regular menu. The teal green one is at the park and will be serving regular menu during the concert. Hope to see you guys!

Good evening Alamosa! What a great weekend! The weather couldn't have cooperated any better for Stampede. We want to thank everyone that stopped by to support us. This week we also have a big week. We have maintenance to do on both trailers and lots of inventory to replenish. We will be at Lee Field and Sunset Field as normal. County Building stop will be temporarily postponed. This coming weekend we will be at Pioneer Days in Manassa Friday, Alamosa Farmers Market and South Fork for Logger.

Good morning Alamosa, we will be in Monte Vista today at Stampede 12pm - 1am, tomorrow we will have breakfast and lunch at Lee Field for Veterans Car Show 9am - 4pm, we will also be at Alamosa Farmers Market 8am - 130pm and of course Stampede 12pm - 1am

Happy Saturday Alamosa! Today we have a special treat for you guys! We will be set up out of a tent at the Alamosa Farmers Market. We will be running Las Gringas Locas Aguas Frescas and Mrs Rios breakfast burritos, green chili and home made goodies! Make sure you look for yellow tent and the agua fresca flags.

Happy 4th of July! We will be at The Colorado Farm Brewery today 5pm to 930pm. Stop on by for a drink and tacos!

Happy Tuesday! Tomorrow we will be in multiple places. Starting off at 830 to 2pm at the County Buildings where you pay for vehicle license. Then we will be at Sunset Park 530 till 730. Our other truck will be at The Colorado Farm Brewery serving from 5pm till 9pm. For the 4th we will be at The Colorado Farm Brewery 5pm till 930pm! Make sure you stop on by and see us at any of these locations!

Good morning Alamosa. We are sorry to say that we will be closed till further notice. Alamosa City is being stinky about us parking on public property. We won't be able to address the situation till Monday.
