Exciting news! We found some local duck eggs, great for those of you who can't have chicken eggs

Here is the message from Cory, the farmer:
My ducks have started laying eggs, about 6-9 per day.

My ducks eat 16% protein feed made up of ground up grass and plants with a hint of molasses. It is a non gmo, no added hormones or antibiotics feed. They have NEVER been on medicated feed! For treats they get corn and table scraps. They cage free but have a pen for protection from predators neighbors dog etc. The pen has a mix of straw and wood shavings for bedding. Cleaned out every 4 weeks or sooner depending on dampness.
In summer they will have a grass yard and swimming pools to play in. If they eat all their grass we cut grass or pull weeds the have not come in contact with fertilizer

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is the insertion of a tiny acupuncture needle into a muscle.

It is generally painless, although some people may experience a mild ache or twitch as the muscle relaxes.

The needle stimulates a healing response through improved blood flow and intiating tissue repair. This is why it works so well for areas that are normally slow to heal, like tendons and ligaments.

Some people experience immediate pain relief, although full analgesic effect can take up to 72 hours to fully manifest as the healing process ramps up.

In other news, we will be doing a detox/cleanse in January, which will be great for addressing our new onset diabetes 😂

I reaaaaally wanted to make a bad pun about nuts but Dr. Steve said no. So instead of saying something corny like “patients are nuts about Dr. Steve’s chiropractic skills” I’ll just say this: here is a nice picture of Dr. Steve with some candied pecans a patient gifted him. We have the best patients!

A patient brought us cupcakes to make up for missing his visit! This should be the new standard.
