A couple velvet geckos we picked up from Tom at Secret Laboratory Geckos. Couldn't be more pleased! (unless of course he didn't sell out of other geckos I was looking for before we got there) :)

This one just arrived for a customer.
We SELDOM have shipping issues but this Coleonyx variegatus was sent Wednesday (10/9) and arrived 6 days later (today). I know the frustration and stress that this can cause and spoke to the new keeper Sunday to reassure them that the animal was packed by the BEST shipper in the game- Nanette Kern!

In a Love / Hate relationship with this gecko.

This little Hemidactylus prashadi just hatched. You can see they are simply amazing looking as babies. As adults, they still look cool too.

But, they are as fast as lightning and very unpredictable! I am scared to death to move this gecko when needed.
