Today in class I had enough people interested in a Thanksgiving yoga class so I will be teaching at 8:30 this Thursday morning. Start your Thanksgiving day off with YOGA!!! Come join us! Friday's Ashtanga class is cancelled this week; Laura will be back next Friday!

So sorry friends, we have to cancel our event with Medium Jen Martin tonight. Jen is ill so we have rescheduled for November 19th, same time, 6:30-8:30pm. Hope you can join us then!!

As we move through life, we have many teachers. Some stand out more than others for a variety of reasons. For me, Markus Kasunich is one of those teachers! He has laid the ground work for many "A-ha" moments for me. He has a very down to earth approach to spiritual teachings and he shares his years of experience and discovery with much humor. I am thrilled that Markus joins us again on the evening of June 22nd, at 7pm for "Clearing the Path for Manifestation"!! We all want to manifest our true potential., but why is it that so many people find it difficult to achieve their visions and dreams? Beyond some of the common misconceptions of the Law of Attraction principles, there are some simple yet powerful adjustments you can make in your thinking, your consciousness, and your actions that will make true manifestation a reality.
He will offer alchemical tools that keep you focused on your goals to redefine, create, and finally achieve an expansive life experience. This perspective will help you to create the necessary alignment you need to change your relationship to your Self and your world. Please bring your journal or writing material.
