Full Potential Chiropractic is the premier corrective and wellness family Chiropractic Care Center in Swampscott Massachusetts MA. Dr. Sara Panarello graduated from McGill University in 1996. She then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, where she earned her doctorate. Immediately after graduating from Palmer, Dr. Sara worked as an associate doctor in Fairhaven, MA for 2 years.
