I’ve been obsessed with the North Shore since I was kid. I love the vibe around here and I always want to be close to the ocean.

Since moving to the area in 2018, I can’t ever see myself leaving. There is truly nothing like being able to walk to the beach anytime you want.

If you’re interested in living closer to the water and have any questions about the home buying process, please let me know. There are still opportunities (especially in Lynn) to live close to the water without spending a million dollars.

I was born in VT, raised in Bellingham, MA. Moved to the North Shore in 2018 when we bought our first property in Lynn (which a two-family so we became landlords that year as well). We moved to Swampscott in 2020 when we bought a two-family there. We moved yet again after we closed on our first single family house back in Lynn last month!

This means we have four rental units and are looking to add to our portfolio soon. We are thinking of venturing into the short-term rental business with our next purchase.
