Congratulations to my buyers on their first time home purchase for 411 Lafitte Way!!!! This was beyond the conventional way of closing which started with the wife being laid off after clear to close. He and I had wonderful conversation about Fayetteville NC.....can you believe that...lol . But I spent a lot of my youth there and he lives there. This family's dad and I connected at a Marlin's baseball game. He told me his daughter would be looking within in the year. When it was time, she called. The journey started then.
