This behind-the-scenes look is Geospatial Crew Chief Tanner Bergman surveying the new Rieder Road bridge that spans across the proposed MetroLink, part of the larger MetroLink expansion from MidAmerica Airport to the existing Scott AFB MetroLink station.

It was a spud-tacular day at TWM! We celebrated National Potato Day by playing a game of pass the hot potatoes. From one team member to the next, the potatoes were passed and their ap-peeling adventures and visits were documented during their day-long journey. Thanks to everyone who joined the fun and kept our hot potato heroes rolling along!

Exciting project update! We recently partnered with the City of Columbia, MO to enhance stormwater management for a 30-acre drainage ditch on Calvert Drive. Our survey team conducted topographical and boundary surveys, investigating existing parcel corners and gathering utility and limited topographic data. In addition, our drone team executed an aerial LiDAR survey to provide precise localized drainage information. We're proud to play a role in this important community project!

In the spirit of the Summer Olympic Games, we hosted our own office Olympics here at TWM! Our staff formed teams and competed in a scavenger hunt to find as many Olympic-related items as possible. It came down to a photo finish between teams from our geospatial and transportation engineering departments that ended in a tie-breaker. Congrats to Kevin DeConcini, Lena Nguyen, Olivia Alvarez, and Bailey Stambaugh for taking home the gold (among other prizes)!

Our employee-owners gathered this past week during our annual ESOP party to celebrate yet another year of tremendous growth. In addition to great food and fellowship, our new company stock share price was revealed to our employee-owners who were then able to see just how much their respective ESOP account balances have appreciated, giving a bright outlook for their retirement income portfolio. TWM was glad to sponsor and participate in the Sunset Tour - The Final Farewell of the Tour de Belleville 2024 bike ride. Cyclists on the leisurely and scenic course pedaled through the St. Clair County Transit District bike trails (including the Orchard Loop Bike Trail, which TWM proudly designed)! Over the past 19 years, this community event raised funds for maintenance equipment and supported safety and trail improvements. What a great ride!

Celebrate Parks & Recreation Month with us! From playgrounds to open spaces, TWM is proud to have implemented the park renovation engineering design for in Creve Coeur, MO. Kids and families can enjoy new site amenities including a pedestrian walkway, playground and splash pad, pavilion/bandstand, and multiple bioretention basins. Transforming vision to reality: one of our latest and projects is a large-scale mixed-use residential development in Cleveland, TN. Thanks to Joseph Wise, PE and Christian Medders, RLS for working on this exciting project, which includes the development of approximately 620 single-family lots and townhomes. We’re proud to partner with Mustang Development Company, Inc. on this initiative to deliver groundbreaking advancements!
