Dear PATIENTS,
We hope this message finds you and yours healthy as the COVID-19 coronavirus impacts our community. Please note that our office will have limited hours going forward. Our weekly schedule will be:
(As of 03/23/2020 and may be subject to change):
Mon. 9am - 12pm
Tue. 1pm - 4pm
Wed. 9am - 12pm
Thu. 9am - 12pm
Fri. 9am - 12pm
Sat. CLOSED
Sun. CLOSED
We will reach out to any patients that have appointments. Governor Pritzker directed health care providers to only provide ESSENTIAL CARE. This term of essential care has not been defined. Certainly painful or infected eyes, recent post-operative care, recently altered glaucoma treatment and certain other treatments will need to be monitored. Patients that have a strong spectacle or contact lens prescription and for whatever reason are without their prescriptions, may be essential.
IMPORTANT: If you are infected with COVID-19, exposed to someone with COVID-19 or think you may have been infected, please contact us before coming in. This way we can instruct you on where to go and how to proceed for the safety of all.
Contact us with any questions. We are here to help you.
