Therapy is in full swing this week! Our amazing occupational therapists are putting in the work to help our patients reach their goals. Go team! 💪👏

Mrs. Olvera is working on her standing balance with physical therapy. She has been doing excellent!

Mrs. Hagan has been unstoppable in her daily ambulation with physical therapy! She's been cruising up and down the halls, embracing every moment of her journey to strength and independence. 🌟

Mr. Stuart joined us in the gym to work with occupational therapy today! He’s working on getting his upper body strength going. 💪🏼

Mr. Mendez is working with speech therapy today to boost his cognitive skills. He’s enjoying every moment, especially the storytelling sessions! 📚🗣️

We absolutely enjoy when our resident’s fur babies come to visit! We love the smile on their faces when their fur babies come trotting through the door 🐾🫶🏻

Not only does Mrs. Johnson enjoys the awesome acivities that Sterling Hills has to offer, she also enjoys working in therapy! We like to make exercise fun!

Our Residents and staff enjoyed fruit salad and coconut tea, sweet tea, and unsweet tea. A HUGE thank you to the Roscoe Depot in Roscoe for their donation of tea to our residents! The coconut tea was a hit! 🧡💙

Mr.Zambrano has been working really hard to get back to his prior level of function. He got his walking down now he’s working on stair climbing and he’s doing so well!

Happy birthday to our Amazing Activity Director, Corey Vrubel. We appreciate everything you do for our residents. We love you 💕

Mr. Zambrano is learning how to to write and sign his name using his left hand. He is doing great!

We are bananas for banana splits! We always have so many smiles when the ice cream comes out! 😋🍌🍨

We had a fun filled week celebrating CNA week! We are so very appreciative and thankful for our wonderful CNA staff! They care they provide our residents is amazing! They make our 🌎 go round! 🧡💙

🏃‍♂️ Mr. Bolton making strides in his rehabilitation journey! 🌟 Today, he's focusing on gait training, balance, and coordination with our dedicated physical therapy team. Keep up the great work, Mr. Bolton! 💪

Residents, family, and staff enjoyed our Nexion Neighbor block party BBQ! It was a day full of yummy food, laughter, and lasting memories! 🙂

Happy Skilled Nursing Week from Sterling Hills! 🎉 Our therapy department threw an amazing luau party to celebrate. Along with the fun and festivities, residents worked on sitting balance, social interaction, wheelchair management, dynamic standing balance, and more. 🌺🌸
