Today, my sweet friends let me come harvest mullein off their farm. Some good, non polluted mullein! I barely put a dent in the amount they have growing! I have more than my fair share to tincture the fresh leaves as well as dry leaves to make tea. I’m hoping I can convince the seeds to grow on my own property and flourish here!

The Lion’s Mane mushrooms are coming along quite nicely!! Go check out BaltiSpore for some awesome mushroom grow kits!

It’s mushroom growing time! I really wanted to start growing my own, so I started researching grow kits. I found out about BaltiSpore and immediately ordered some! I currently have 3 Lion’s Mane and 1 Reishi grow kit. These kits arrived super quick and I was even quicker to set them up to get them growing! These mushrooms will be dried and used in my tinctures and for teas as well!

Beard balms finally!! These are currently available in my new scent of To***co & Bourbon. I am super happy about how this scent turned out. I will have a tester out for smell tests! These balms are $15 per 2oz tin.

I also am rolling out my new To***co & Bourbon scent in 1oz beard oils. These 1oz bottles are $12 each.

Dried calendula, turkey tail mushroom and lion’s mane mushrooms bagged and ready for the Sweetwater North Main St Farmer's Market this Saturday the 18th! Also will have a couple of new tinctures that I just bottled: purple dead nettle and redbud! Purple dead nettle is a natural antihistamine so it’s great for allergy relief. Redbud blooms contain the highest concentration of Vitamin C in the eastern woodlands so this one is great for your daily Vitamin C boost!

Received my turkey tail mushrooms from Mountain Rose Herbs today! Immediately took some and started the tincturing process! This and the lion’s mane tinctures should be done in about 6 weeks!

I’ve recently had quite a few people asking about mushrooms(for health benefits) so I decided to give it a try! I found a supplier and ordered some dried lion’s mane to start with. I also have turkey tail on the way! I will be making tinctures will both of these and they will be ready to go in about 6-7 weeks! Anxious to keep everyone posted on the progress!
