Where: DNA Holistic Center - Salt Caves
When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 10am
2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 6pm
What is it?: Learn DER - a series of slow paced movements that will energize you, improve your
immune system and much more!
What to wear: short sleeves and shorts in the 85° Salt Caves to benefit your skin
