Often people enter treatment and want to reduce their symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. Before anxiety and depressive symptoms can be reduced, we have to address the eating disorder symptoms. This can be complicated because many people want to hold on to the ED, but want to lesson their anxiety or depressive experience. The ED has physical and emotional components which can prevent true symptom relief from depression and anxiety. 💜

Happy New Year everyone!

Just because we're alive doesn't mean we always feel full of life, as everyday stresses can leave us drained and worn down. Fortunately, small, proven adjustments like these can help us regain our vitality.
