Instructor Megan led her final B***y Camp Cardio class last week and while we’re all sad, there was also laughter and excitement for her new endeavors!

We'll miss you each week, Megan, but we’re so thankful you’ll still be with us when we need you. We’re so happy for ya!

🎉 Exciting news, y’all! Starting September 2024, Instructors Jen & Heather (that’s right, she’s BAAACK!) will be shredding up our studio with their BRAND NEW Strength Classes each Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm just for YOU!

"It's a bird..it's a plane..." It's our super awesome SUPER HEROES!!!

With the help of some freshly steamed capes and vibrant masks, our superhero kids showed their Super Strength with Instructor Courtney!

Courtney created super fun 7 superhero-themed stations to practice their abilities: Jumping (in place of Flying), Agility (Jumping over the body bar), Balance (tandem pose), Core Strength (Planks, Russian Twist), Upper Body Strength (Pass ball overhead, pushups), Lower Body Strength (knee lifts jumping jacks), and Flexibility (I.e. Elastagirl … touch toes, Warrior 2 pose into a split). Wow! And finished with a superhero run with capes on!

It was a blast and we're so proud of each of YOU!!!
