Hudson Park Boulevard and Streetscape BIM Demonstration
The Hudson Park and Boulevard Project site extends from West 33rd Street to the south to West 36th Street to the north, and is mid-block between 10th Avenue to the east and 11th Avenue to the west. West 34th and West 35th streets pass through the site. The project includes the work of seven contracts. LiRo is providing construction management services for this project. LiRo also selected the most qualified contractors to receive proposal documents and managed the entire contractor selection process including document preparation; pre-proposal conference and site visit; review and response to contractor questions; addenda preparation and issuance; detailed proposal review, including costs and quality; and recommendation to award.

Baruch College Field Building Renovation BIM Demonstration
LiRo is providing construction management services for the renovation of the Lawrence & Eris Field Building, a landmarked building on the site of the nation's first public institution of higher learning. The building is undergoing a series of phased renovations designed to significantly expand classrooms, research spaces, faculty offices, student, study and administrative spaces. These renovations are occurring over a four-year period. LiRo's BIM services enhance the project team's understanding, planning, and construction activities to successfully deliver this renovation project while the building remains operational throughout construction for continued educational and research activities.
