LaToya Jones is a dynamic and dedicated healthcare advocate, social impact strategist, and business leader. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and has extensive experience in the healthcare sector.

LaToya has devoted her life to promoting health equity and creating positive, lasting change in communities. As the founder and CEO of LaToya Monique LLC, she utilizes her expertise to break down systemic barriers and empower underserved populations.

LaToya was born and raised in Syracuse, New York, and developed a passion for public health and social justice at a young age. Her determination to make a difference led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Bryant & Stratton College. She further enriched her skills and knowledge by earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Grand Canyon University. She is a member of Lambda Kappa Mu Sorority Inc., a member of the Theta Omicron Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. and a graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse Class of 2023.

LaToya established LaToya Monique LLC, in 2017, which is dedicated to ensuring equal access to top-tier healthcare services and holistic well-being for everyone. Through advocacy, strong coalitions, and strategic partnerships, the organization works to empower communities and create long-lasting positive change. Under LaToya's leadership, the organization has implemented successful community health programs, influenced policy changes, and built strategic partnerships, all driving collective action toward health equity.

LaToya's pursuit of health equity is both a professional mission and a personal commitment. Her leadership, compassion, and advocacy inspire others and drive progress toward a more inclusive healthcare system.
