Average turnaround time is 7-10 business days.

Items marked "RTS" are completed and ready to ship.

Rush orders are available upon request for an additional charge. Rush requests must be made prior to ordering to ensure I'm able to accommodate.

All items are shipped or available for pick-up within 48 hours of completion.

All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, brand, colors, fonts, etc.

ALL orders are required to be PAID IN FULL before I will begin production. I invoice through PayPal for YOUR protection. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase; simply provide me your e-mail address. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled after 72 hours.

All sales are final. Because your items are handmade for you, there will be no refunds once payment is made. If you have concerns regarding a project, please contact me.

By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on Bucci Creative's page and social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared or you would like it posted at a later date please let me know.

Shipping is available on all items unless otherwise noted. Solvay/Fairmount porch pick-up is available at your convenience, however, I do request you pick-up within 10 days.
