We made it! There's a different kind of joy that comes from breakfast - maybe it has to do with the challenge of how deliciously you can manipulate such simple ingredients. Orrr... maybe it's bacon.
Rolled omelet with cheddar, sour cream, green onion, and . Home fries with caramelized onions and thyme, peppered bacon, and toast.

We made it! Our contribution to a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner - inspired by a trip to for pork belly and by an incredible sauce from 🥂
Gold Pork Belly Sliders with slaw and caramelized onions. Pork belly was sous vide overnight and crisped under the broiler.

We ate it! Had the pleasure of eating dinner at last night and we tried a couple of the seasonal additions to their specials menu. The combinations of textures and flavors that are evident in the pictures are absolutely mind blowing in person ❤️
Burrata - under the frisee is an apple-pear chutney that's warmly spiced and bright.
Short Rib Stroganoff - crispy mushrooms in the sauce and garlic cream on top of the braised short rib.
Salmon - chili glazed over linguine in a sweet potato curry sauce.

We made it! Saw Molasses Cookies and immediately knew this was the perfect upgrade to one of our favorite flavors ☃️
Eggnog Ice Cream with Molasses Cookie bits.
🍦A little more egg than usual in the base with the perfect combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Rum extract at the beginning and again at the end give it the unmistakeable scent and taste of eggnog.

We ate it! Found a little free time while in Ithaca this past weekend and made our way over to MIX for brunch. So many unique details on every dish!
Short Rib Benedict - chevre caramelized onion cornbread base and topped with a port wine glaze, served with cheesy hash brown casserole.

We made it! Quick dinner before the Big Show, made better by adding a cheddar-crisp layer and using Cheddar-Oregano pan loaf 🍞❤️
Grilled Cheese
Drop finely shredded cheddar directly onto a medium heat pan. Once bubbly, place a slice of bread on top and cook for another minute and move to a plate. Add American cheese to the cheddar-crispy inside, mayo the outside, and then grill until it becomes art.

Fresh made linguini (available at Pasta's Daily Bread) with a white wine cream sauce, peppers, leeks, and red pepper flakes. Topped with parsley, green onion, and parm. Served with a braised and then crisped sweet Italian sausage.
