We are super proud to be offering new handmade bracelets to help raise money for the Hoosock family - these blue and black bracelets were made by Ellie who is 10 years old and the daughter of Detective Hinton! 💙🖤 We can’t wait to see people wearing these special bracelets in honor of the brave men who stood up to protect our community.

Also part of our fundraiser are our blue 4 piece bracelets along with our Blue Aventurine and Sodalite stone bracelets. All of these will be available tomorrow at St Daniels and will be available at Frederick Anthony's Salon for the month of May while supplies last. 100% of sales will go directly to the family of Office Hoosock.

✨IN HONOR OF OUR FALLEN HEROES✨

Two weeks ago, two of our heroic law enforcement officers were tragically taken from us all, far too soon - Lieutenant Michael Hoosock + Officer Michael Jensen.

As many of you may know, Jensen was a friend of mine and so many others. He came into my life when life was rough, and immediately brought loads of joy, laughter, and happiness back into it as he did to everyone who knew him. If you’ve heard anyone who knows him speak about him over the last two weeks, their words were truthful if they told you he was one of the funniest, goofiest, most outgoing humans with a huge heart. I thought I would share a couple memories of Jensen to show that goofy personality. Jensen helped mend and heal many lives with his humor and one of a kind personality, including mine, so it makes sense that he is now remembered as a hero to all.

I did not know Lt. Hoosock, but some close to me did and the stories and kind words I’ve heard about him are nothing short of amazing. His accolades are enough to know that we lost one of the best in law enforcement, and he will always be remembered as a hero.

Now, in grievance, I truly don’t know how to sit still. The community has come together in so many ways so far to help with the aftermath of this tragedy. So, I wanted and needed to do something too. With the help of a handful of fellow planners, we put together this incredibly large assortment of prizes from 45 CNY businesses. Each paid entry will be given back to our law enforcement - the ones who must continue to protect and serve in light of this tragedy.
