Embark on a journey back in time with our exquisite 2006 Spring Mountain Cabernet, a timeless gem that has been one of only two wines we have kept kn the menu since day one.

Originally priced at $60 a glass, we’ve managed to secure some of the last remaining bottles, allowing us to offer it to you now at just $40! As part of our “Older and Rare” selections, you can also enjoy an ounce of this wine for $8

Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley, Spring Mountain Winery boasts a rich heritage dating back to 1885. Their Cabernet Sauvignon made history with its inclusion in the 1976 Judgement of Paris Tasting, solidifying Napa Valley’s place on the global wine stage.

Experience the essence of old-school Napa Cabernet with its notes of dried blue fruit, blackberries, black cherry, and hints of dusty cocoa. Close your eyes and picture the aroma of grandpa’s cigar box mingling with fresh wild herbs on a spring afternoon.

Crafted from a stellar vintage and stored impeccably in a large format bottle, this iconic Cabernet promises an unparalleled tasting experience. Because let’s face it, everything tastes better out of a bigger bottle! 🍇

What is you might ask? 🤔 Beaujolais is a region in France that makes exceptional wine from the gamay grape. This holiday (every third Thursday of November) celebrates the harvest of the year's vineyards. 🍇

Join in the festivity with us at Nobody's this Thursday as we pour a limited number of flights of Beaujolais wine. 🍷 Can’t make it then? No worries, we’ll have Beaujolais by the glass all weekend. 👌

If you haven’t tried it before, Beaujolais is similar to Pinot Noir. It has tart forest berries fruit, dark floral aromas, is sometimes earthy, and very juicy on the palate. 🤤

This is mad libs, but the grown up version. 🔥 And to celebrate our new coasters we’re doing a little giveaway! You could be the lucky recipient of a bottle of our constantly changing but always delicious house wine (your choice between red, white, or rose)! 🙌

We're so excited to welcome the rockstar master sommeliers, authors, winemakers, and wine importers and to Nobody's! This Saturday they'll be taking over our wines by-the-glass list with their incredible portfolio of Australian wine imports. We'll be pouring their wines all day, and you'll have a chance to hang out with them as well from 7:30pm - 10:00pm!

After a fairly significant glut of Australian wine in the U.S. markets since the early 2000s, Jane and Jon have reintroduced terroir-driven wines from down under to the U.S. market. They'll be joining us after a book signing at for their newest release, How to Drink Australian. We will be pouring six wines that they import by the glass and half glass, including a wine that Jon makes. There will be a couple special selections on our chalkboard too!

It's a true honor and privilege to have this phenomenal duo in Syracuse for the evening! This is one you won't want to miss!

Well, you all asked (and asked and asked…😉) so we now have cheese plates from The Curd Nerd Syracuse! 🧀🍷

That being said, we’d kindly request that you don’t bring in your own charcuterie board, and enjoy cheese and accoutrements from The Curd Nerd instead. 🫒 We have local bread, prosciutto, sardines, salami and more to complete your experience. 🥖

And you’re still welcome to bring in a bite from one of our amazing neighbors here in Armory Square! 🙌

10/17/2023

Starting October 18, we will be open 4pm-midnight(ish) Tuesday-Saturday. That means we’ll be open until at least 12am, but if the party’s still happening we’ll keep the doors open later!

We’ll be having special ticketed events and pop ups some Sundays. Stay tuned for more info on those!

10/09/2023

Thank you, Syracuse! 👏 We’re so grateful for an amazing first month. We are taking a couple days off to look over the data and reassess what works best for you (and also for us). We will be closed October 16 and 17 and back on Wednesday (10.18) at 2pm.

Be on the lookout for a website, mailing list, gift cards, events, and more! 🍷

Fall beer is here! 🍂 We have an Oktoberfest from Great Lakes Brewing Company as well as a lovely trio for the season from Brewery Ardennes Taproom & Kitchen. 🎃 Their pumpkin spiced ale is a classic, malty with notes of baking spice. The Fall Farm Ale is a lightly spiced saison with fruity aromas, and the Scotch Ale has a hint of smoke and offers balanced sweetness.🍁

Just Bob doing what Bob does best! If you haven’t had the opportunity to talk wine with Bob you’re going to want to come on by.

Choose your own adventure 💃🏻🕺🏻

In addition to our constantly changing by-the-glass list, we have our Beverage Book. These are bottles we stand behind and have specifically chosen for Syracuse. They are from all over the world as well as close to home, but always delicious. This book will evolve as well, as some bottles are highly allocated and once we’re out, we’re out.

1 glass or 2? 🧐 If you can’t decide between a couple different wines, you can order half glasses instead of full pours! We offer numerous wines by the half glass. You can try twice as much without all the effects. 🙌

A great night was had by all this week with our first guest importer, Peter Wasserman! We tasted some super special wines that Peter selected.

Thanks to all who came out! And if you missed it, stay tuned for more upcoming events.🍷

Meet Laura! 👋

She has nearly a decade of sommelier experience and has a passion for wine and education. Perhaps more importantly, she is one of Bob’s best friends. Bob and Laura both started working at Blackberry Farm on the same day and have actively tasted and studied together ever since. Laura is currently pursuing the Advanced Sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers and lives in Denver, Colorado, where she is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Vinovest. She is in Syracuse for the next week to help sling some great wines and perhaps to let Bob take a short nap. 😴

Laura LOVES champagne so in honor of her visit, we will be pouring glasses of Krug Grand Cuvee all week long! 🥂 Come by and say hi to Laura! She's super nice and crazy smart. She's also one of the best brains to pick on rare and investment worthy wines!

We are ending week one here at Nobody's and could not be more grateful for all the love and support from the community. We can't wait to see you!

We love supporting our downtown community we’re now a part of. Feel free to bring in food from one of the awesome restaurants in Armory Square, like these fine folks did from ! We can help you select the perfect glass to pair it with 🫶
