The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review; communicating with clients; tracking deadlines and managing client expectations alongside the attorney(s).

Duties/Responsibilities
• Manage attorney calendar to ensure all appearances can be met
• Ensure that all dates are added to a calendar when changed
• Prepare correspondence to clients and courts as necessary
• Correspond with treatment providers when necessary
• Receive and review Attorney reports from court
• Utilize tasks and internal systems to ensure matters are moving forward
• Assist clients via phone, text or walk-in to any extent possible
• Communicate with Courts relative to the firm’s representation of clients
• Assist attorneys in their day-to-day representation of clients
• Manage client expectations by communicating when an attorney is unavailable
• Maintain and update the firm’s client list and legal management software

Required Skills/Qualifications
