Here’s a little sneak peek of our latest Parade project- a home packed with cool features in one of Central NY’s premier new construction communities.

Thats a wrap on the 2023 Parade of Homes. We’re so grateful for all of those that attended and made the time to chat with us and tour “The Nest.”

We want to thank our incredible team and contractors for helping to put together such a great home. They work very hard to deliver beautiful designs and high level quality and we know it was evident in this project.

We also want to thank our new owners for trusting us through this process. Buying a “Parade of Homes” house is a very unique experience and it takes a lot of trust and cooperation from the owners. We couldn’t have asked for better people to take this journey with and are so happy for them to make “The Nest” their own.
