Happy anniversary, Brooke and Alex. Hoping your first year of marriage was as magical as your first day.
The old proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child” means that a community’s influence and inspiration create what and whom that child will become. Kathleen and Ben were “raised by” Cazenovia and loving, supportive families. They became successful, grounded adults who are as beautiful inside and out. We’re so thankful to be part of their love story and to have played a part (along with a village of talented vendors) in a magical weekend celebrating their future. Many congratulations to this extraordinary couple.

I so appreciate Usher putting on an epic show and the NFL for holding one incredible Super Bowl on my birthday . Most importantly I’d like thank each and every one of you all for taking the time to share birthday wishes with me. I’m beyond grateful and truly humbled.
Cheers 🥂
🚨- Chef Chris Greco has been working very hard on development of a variety of sour dough starters as we move towards our build out of The Bake House. Today’s Pumpernickel that had coffee & molasses in it was off the charts with flavor.
Cocktail party platters out the door and on their way to your holiday party..
We've had the good fortune to work with some amazing wedding photographers over the years. I don't dare try to name them lest I leave someone out but I invite you to tag your favorite. Cheers to your special talent and thanks for giving us so many beautiful moments to look back on. (This pic is not from one of our weddings but it's a hoot, right?)

The dress code was "black tie optional, pop of color encouraged". I mean no disrespect to the handsomely attired gentlemen at last night's "The Future is Bright" gala. The ladies tho, came to slay. The most gorgeous dresses of every hue added to the beauty of Landmark Theatre . They embraced the opportunity to glam up and show up for a good cause. It was wonderful to see such a turnout. Among the best dressed were three Diamond Catering brides, all talented superwomen, Maeflowers Bloom, Leigh Ann Benz and Shavonne Joliee. I also had a chance to visit with dear friend Claudia Glaser (wearing a stunning necklace) and her lovely wife, Carolina. The guests enjoyed delicious fare, of course, but also danced to the sounds of Bella J received tarot card readings from Healing Hearth LLC made 360 videos (Salt City DJ), sampled whiskey (Empire Merchants & Empire Merchants North), ate decadent desserts Sugar Blossom Cake Shop and bid on silent auction items donated by so many generous merchants. Behind the scenes, we were surprised by a backstage visit from Anthony Fiacchi with 8 delicious pizzas from trattoria abbiocco for our hard working crew in a most kind gesture of support. To do this on Syracuse University parent's weekend was a big deal that humbled our grateful hearts. Our own restaurant also had an exceptionally busy night but that didn't stop the whole crew from jumping in to help our catering team at the end of the night. We have the best people. Thank you, The Cider Mill! Also thanks to Danielle Bianco and her team, Fabulous Events, Inc., SG Wine Spirits Isc, Taylor Rental Dewitt NY and the great people of United Way of Central New York for putting together a fantastic event and trusting us to cater it. It was an honor and a pleasure to be part of.
Entertaining during this busy time of year is a breeze when you have a little help from your friends at Diamond Catering. Contact us to secure the date, make your selections and chill out.
To ours and to yours, thank you from the bottom of our hearts and tummies.
It was a celebration of Heart and Harvest at Hartlot Happening on a very lucky Friday, the 13th. Maddie and Kevin shared their vows before an intimate group of special people before indulging in a family-style dinner. The two, long tables in the candlelit room were set with a salad of local apples, baby greens, craisins, and a cheddar crisp with cider vinaigrette. The maple bacon scones with whipped butter were a big hit. Of course, the settings were gorgeous with vintage pieces from She Rents Vintage
Blue skies, nothing but blue skies were the canopy on this day forecasted for rain. It was truly the best type of fall day- bright, crisp (but not cold) and joyous. The air was filled with love and the sounds of Magnolia String Quartet while HFPhotography and Scrap Paper Social captured beautiful moments from the day. Wishing this special couple a lifetime of days that make you feel just as celebrated as this day.
Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” – Vincent van Gogh
This wedding was a beautiful example of creative minds coming together beginning with Chris and Elana’s vision. They compiled a great team of professionals led by the incomparable MLH Events The thoughtful details, the special touches, the particular care in which “small things” came together made for a magical night. ♦ The always inspiring Everson Museum of Art was dressed by Pistil & Pollen with the most gorgeous florals in deep, romantic hues. Stunning pieces from She Rents Vintage offered comfortable conversation settings for the black-tie clad guests. The air was filled with music from Onyx Artists ; a perfect complement to the joyous mood and the sultry glow from lighting by Visa Versa Entertainment ♦ A tapas-style menu inspired by the couple’s travels was presented in stations following a display of assorted pintxos. One station featured cola-braised brisket, caramelized onions and latke fries on our own rolls affectionately referred to as “pillows of love”. Another, a 40lb wheel of parmigiano Reggiano for creamy risotto to join with prosciutto, fresh peas and sautéed mushrooms. The most popular station showcased the talents of who created So. Much. Sushi. ♦ A large, striking bar from was stocked with wines curated by the groom and specialty drinks designed by friend and mixologist, Chris Sgroi. Our bartenders used his recipes to create “A Day Off in Kyoto” and “Raspberry Fields Forever”. ♦ The sweet ending came from The Sweet Praxis , The Cremeria and Harrison Bakery Inc. . The coffee cart from SkyTop Coffee Company created a literal buzz of excitement. ♦ The night was professionally captured by Nicole Lagoe Photography , Kammer Films and Portrait a day ♦For a spectacular wedding like this, there are a lot “big” pieces like food, music, and coordination but no masterpiece would be complete without the details that capture your imagination, immerse you in its beauty and leave a lasting impression. ♦ Shoutouts to Magnolia String Quartet Bella Figura Artistry in hanover and our own, talented, hardworking crew; last to be mentioned but 1st in our hearts
What a lovely day for the dedicated folks at to enjoy each other's company over lunch. May I also give a shout out to residents of the nearby Hawley-Green neighborhood. As I drove through, I was so happy to see how beautiful and well-kept many of the properties were.
Today, we helped celebrate the life of Edgar Galson, a founding director and longtime vice-president of . The number of people who came together in his honor is surely indicative of a life well led.
It' National Truck Driver Appreciation Week and we sure are grateful to the dedicated individuals who ensure our ingredients make it safely and on time. Thanks to Renzi Foodservice Abu for always doing a great job and best of luck to your partner on his new route. (The grinner in front is our own, talented, Gabriel Dilaj)
Many people claim to be “foodies” but when a guy has more than 5000 people following his cooking videos on TikTok, it’s obvious he’s passionate about good food (check him out yourself: ). His new bride, being on the receiving end of his skills, naturally has a discerning palate. We always create our wedding menus with inspiration from our clients but Drew and Brigid truly painted a picture of what they’d like their celebration meal to be.
Their cocktail hour featured a bruschetta bar and a sexy “strip” station with carved, dry-aged, block cut strip loin with pancetta jam and “pillows of love” (if you’ve ever had our house-made rolls, you know how they earned that moniker). Dinner options included roasted halibut, flat iron steak pizzaiola, melanzane and the most popular pork osso bucco accompanied by porcini risotto. Tables were presented with family-style pasta alla nerano (thank you, Stanley Tucci - it has become a favorite at our own table on Sundays). For dessert, pies from were served adjacent to an adorable cart of really special gelato from The Cremeria.
It was a perfect-weather day at the always breathtaking Windridge Estate. Gorgeous florals by Whistlestop Florist Inc and the special touches by planner Rachael Demling of RD Events & Design really made the space glow. Speaking of glow, the bride was radiant with some pampering from Glam By Michaela and . All this beauty was carefully captured by Larkin and Trevor Photography and ARayofLight Videography.
Helping to round out this very memorable day were Black Tie Entertainment - Syracuse DJ & Photo Booths, CUSE Photo Booths, Hale Transportation and Via Napoli Foodtruck. Thanks to all- especially our own, remarkable crew- for being great at what you do. Wishing the DePerros a lifetime of delicious moments.
The mothers, both absolutely stunning, were seated across from one another for dinner. I complimented them on raising two remarkable people- kind, poised, smart individuals who were fortunate enough to find each other. Alyne and Jeremy, may all your days be as beautiful as your wedding day and to your moms, Gianne and Valerie, may you enjoy every moment of watching their love grow knowing you provided that great foundation.
The ceremony and celebration were held at the gorgeous Windridge Estate and were coordinated by Paper Crane Calligraphy and captured by Blush Wood Studios. The natural beauty of the venue was enhanced with florals by Zerrillo Gardens , and linens.
Our bride, herself a natural beauty, was pampered and perfected by Glam By Michaela and The Emerson. She and Jeremy shared their vows by an old oak tree under a perfect blue sky; he and his groomsmen all handsomely attired in matching suspenders.
We loved creating some special menu items including kibbeh, empadinhas, cheese bread and tres leches for this couple. Our chefs are so passionate about their craft and put their whole hearts into everything they do. I think that’s why you can taste the love on our plates.
After dinner, the dance floor stayed full with great music from Vast Entertainment until a sparkler send-off and transportation by Big D's Limousines signaled the end of the night.
It's a beautiful day for love to shine.
We fell in love with the Grossman-Bakrukov family right from the start. I still remember our first meeting. I was expecting a bride and groom but had the privilege of meeting both sets of parents that day. The eight of us sat around a table discussing what would be important for this wedding celebration; a food and beverage menu that would feel “right” for both families- families who were quite different but exactly the same in the most significant ways- loving, supportive and engaged. It was such a pleasure getting to know them and we wish Jenna and Dima every happiness they deserve.

What a perfect day yesterday was for a wedding on the river. 💙
The Antique Boat Museum provided a gorgeous setting for an even more gorgeous couple, Brooke and Alexander. The bride wore Lovely Bride Rochester NY and madewithlovebridal and her glam was by Glam By Michaela The groom was very handsome in .Shop Syracuse
The cocktail hour was enhanced by his-and-her stations inspired by places they love: a “shore lunch,” a river tradition, and beef on weck, an ode to Buffalo. Their dinner included a favorite, focaccia with herb-infused olive oil, and an antipasto with grilled long hots and aged provolone. The 200 guests enjoyed a plated dinner.
The gorgeous floral work was arranged by Wedding & Event Florals by vinnie who created a table scape that was dressed by and
The Uptown Groove a very fun and talented band, kept everyone on the dance floor while tomas flint and Jacquelyn Daley captured the day.
All the details were coordinated by Courtney of Crown Coordination , who rocked her role with grace and professionalism.
We had a fantastic crew who did an amazing job from early in the morning until late at night. Their focused dedication was on point to create an unforgettable evening. A heartfelt thank you to our crew for their hard work. Also thanks to 1000 Islands Vacation Rental for providing a nearby place for our weary peeps to rest when the day was done.

They had a vision of their perfect wedding day - one where friends (and friends with kids) could enjoy an afternoon of playing and picnicking. .camp provided the perfect setting and your favorite caterer provided light, refreshing fare along with delicious beverages.
