We have chose to take an extra weekend of rest & relaxation instead opening this year for the Syracuse Nationals, but we will be recharged for the 2024 NYS Fair!
We will miss the front row view of the car show but can't wait to see our loyal customers at the end of summer; stay safe & cool everyone!🌞

📢 Looking for staff for a weekend commitment Friday July 15th - Sunday July 17th at the NYS Fairgrounds for the Syracuse Nationals!
Short order food service but must be atleast 18 years of age due to alcohol sales.
Shifts will be early morning to late afternoon for both kitchen and floor staff.

Not only did their lead play on and off all last Friday just for fun, he introduced Bandaloni, the one man band for each performance and brought him on stage for a collab!
So here's the thing, the fair is a little different, but we are making fun memories left and right ❗

This little girl didn't have the best ending of her day at the fair, but we are so thankful for our nurse to be Kristie always to the rescue ❤ (please don't take offense to her name tag, she embraces her nickname and wrote it herself 😅) We are also so happy to hear she's doing much better, what a strong little lady! 🥰

One week until opening day❗❗
Here's the line up for some free entertainment under the massive tent we are able to offer as an escape from the elements!
We are setting up interviews for those interested in working at the 2021 NYS Fair!
Kitchen and short order servers are needed, but must be 18 years old due to alcohol sales.
We are accommodating and flexible for scheduling, but availability through labor day is preferred.
Our stand is permanent with lots of counter space, taking pride in excellent customer service, cleanliness, family recipes & good times. 🥰
We also pair with a neighboring stand to provide an area to escape from any weather, take a seat under a massive tent and enjoy some live entertainment everyday!
Anyone with interest please let us know!
Unfortunately we will not be opening for the Nationals this year, but you can count on seeing us at the 18 day NYS Fair, celebrating 82 years of family traditions. 🥰
