Not yet where I want to be, but I am working… I’ve come a long way in the last few weeks. I feel better, and I’m slowly getting my confidence back.

Yo!!! The first pic I was 182 (2017) the second pic I am 145 (2023). All I can say is I’ve come a long way. I went through some things that threw me off my fitness goals. This all started in 2015 after many tragic events occurred in my life. I battled these goals all through my college athletic career that ended in 2019. When you’ve played sports your whole life, and then you stop, it becomes a battle for some. I’ve been working hard. All I can say is exercise is not just for the physical, but it is for mental. With the many life changes that occur, and having the type of job I have, I wouldn’t know what to do without physical activity. 💪🏼🙏🏼❤️

1 week progress. Getting back into it!

I can’t wait to share my story and my journey. I can’t wait to take ketones with my along with getting back into Law Enforcement again. This has been a tough start to the year for me. I know, I know.
