Dear friends, I would like to share some life updates with you!

Update 1️⃣: Our precious baby Skye, made her grand entrance on Nov 2nd! Though we need to go through an unexpected C-section, she didn't give mommy much trouble. She came out healthy, strong and beautiful! Praise God! We couldn't love her more.

Thank you for all your thoughts, gifts and prayers. I feel so supported and loved by many of you.

Update 2️⃣: Because of my husband's work, our little family will be moving to the Philippines on Jan 1st, 2023.

I am very sad to think about not being able to continue to capture your beautiful family in the next few years. For me, many of you are not only clients but friends. My life here would be so different without your support. I always brag about my clients in front of other people. How lucky I am to be your photographer and get to record those beautiful moments for you!

My Story

As far as I can remember, I always enjoy taking pictures of others or letting others take pictures of me. I used to dream about being a model when I was very young. I love using pictures I collected to make albums or sketchbooks as gifts giving to the one I love.

My parents didn’t have spare money to support me learning photography when I was young, but they did their best to protect this little seed in my heart. I am very grateful to them. When I was about 15 years old, my parents bought a camera for the family. It was a simple model camera. As I was busy with school, I didn’t spend much time using it until I finished high school. I still kept those old photos somewhere. They captured some unique memories of my family.

After getting married, my husband Daniel bought our DSLR camera and a couple of lenses to go with it. I began to use that to help taking pictures of all his company events. We saw not only how useful having high-quality pictures of everything the company was doing was, but how it added value to the lives of everyone coming to the events, classes, and leagues they were holding. The events themselves were obviously adding value, but the photos afterward allowed them to relive it and deepened their connection with the others at the event. There was the excitement after each event ended to get the photos and real disappointment when the photos were missing one or two people.

As Daniel and I begin to adjust to life in the States, I start to consider being a full-time and professional photographer. I begin to take courses online and seek every opportunity to learn and grow. I am grateful I have been receiving encouraging feedback and reviews from all my clients.
