Hi all! It's been a minute since my last post but I'm still here!

Brew day happening Saturday with co-brewer Clark Whitehead, Jr.

We'll be brewing up a batch of an old favorite!

The last pull of the blonde ale before the keg kicked was exactly a pint.

Hornindal Kveik is a BEAST!!! Brewed and pitched sat evening, dry hopped Monday morning! Hornindal Kveik with Sabro in a red IPA, expected FG 1.010

When you have two beers going and only one ferm chamber. Someone gets kicked out!

Brew day! Today was a newly created recipe using Sabro hops and Hornindal Kveik yeast. It was a great brew day with all of our numbers coming in on point.

She's in the ferm chamber with the heat turned up. Looking forward to this!

Preparing for brew day tomorrow! Will be brewing a HUGE 13.7% english barley wine! We last brewed this recipe nearly two years ago and it's almost all gone! Boooo! It'll be a beast!

In the Erlenmeyers are two doses of White Labs London Ale yeast in starter wort of 1.040 and topped off to 1 liter.

Clark and I did some tasting during the last brew day. I guess I forgot to post the videos! 😀

The Glass Door Brewing 200 from Martinsville is just hours away! 40 of American Sim Racing Series Hacksaw PC's drivers will compete at the famouse Martinsville Speedway for the first time under the lights! The broadcast will go live at 9PM EST on 3 Wide TV. Lets see if one of our Glass Door Brewing Family of Drivers can get it done and park us in Victory Lane!!
