Hey barbecue peeps we have a little break from catering will be serving some barbecues Thursday through Saturday Thursday's menu is up and running today so come on in and see us next week we have some more catering...

This supply problem is getting ridiculous but I was letting everybody know I also think we are getting a food truck and putting a barbecue behind it soon.

Sorry barbecue people. Normal bill is about $1,200 I got $272 worth of supplies this morning that's all they had..... This ought to be fun trying to figure out the menu for the week

Hi barbecue people, we've had a lot of people call in getting upset people leaving negative messages on our timeline because we don't have certain items on your menu that they want that day. I just want to inform everybody we have a lot of catering going on and we can only cook so much down here different ways. We do apologize for this but as a lot of people know and a lot of other people don't know we are having a hard time getting supplies like chicken wings dino bones the big ones tin foil containers certain foods that go in our recipes due to people who don't want to work the supply store is the supply restaurants can't find workers to load their trucks we're even having a hard time getting our Texas toast. We also have big catering jobs going on this is wedding and party season. Our menu will be adjusted daily to what we can cook and what we can get we apologize for this but we were really appreciate people not leaving negative comments calling into the store to argue with us why they can't get certain foods it's not bad service it's what we can only do you can always call ahead to see if we can possibly put something on for you that's not on the menu but I hope people will understand that when people don't work we can't get supplies our meat prices have doubled in tripled so I can't put on a rack of ribs that I'm paying 575 for because we want to serve the good ribs instead of the generic ones are ribs way between three and four pounds a piece you times that by 5.75 and I'm selling the rack of ribs for $27.95 plus a free side and Texas toast that should explain to you why we're not wanting to sell certain meats we are putting on pulled pork ribs and brisket for our customers for today but we might close early due to catering we're going to try and keep it open we put on a limited supply of food so more than likely we're going to sell out if you want to reserve your food just call in in advance but there are certain things on our menu that will not be there through the week due to catering and supply shortage we apologize and we really appreciate people not calling into the store to give us a lecture and posting negative comments on our news feed and our pictures thank you smokehouse BBQ and we really appreciate the people who understand this.
