--Job Requirements--

+Valid Driver's License.

+Valid Car's Insurance.

+Ability to perform basic duties of the job. Basic job responsibilities may include: assistance with walking, transfers,eating, toilet use, dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, meal preparation, housework and laundry, shopping, transportation, telephone use and companionship. Care needs range from high medical needs to low social needs.

+Caring and Responsible.

+Capable of moderate lifting.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour. ($16.50 with certification) Weekend differentials (+.50/hour weekend shifts / high need differentials (+.20/hour dependent upon task)

Paid Training. (We assist you in the enrollment for your Basic training, and help walk you through the credentialing process with the WA State Department of Health - all required training is paid for, in addition to the initial HCA testing. Your required Annual Continuing Education courses are also paid after completing your Home Care Aide Certification.

Paid Mileage Reimbursement.
Flexible Schedules - Many employees work around school and family schedules.
