As a single parent who homeschools and runs a business my Sundays are so important to me!

My daughter and I get to sleep in, I get to take my time living in the moment and sipping my tea while I read/ check emails ect, I write out my intentions, meditate and do some yoga (sometimes Lani joins me), we go grocery shopping and meal prep together, deep clean the house and plan our most important tasks/ school work for the week. This makes the rest of the week go a lot smoother.

Then, once my Sunday routine is done, I get to chill with my girl before we wake up and get the beginning of the week started.
