Qualifications:
* Valid state license as a Massage Therapist. Proficiency in various massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone a PLUS.
* Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences.
* Strong commitment to providing the highest level of care and customer service.
* Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct client assessments and consultations to tailor massages to individual needs.
* Perform high-quality massages using the best techniques.
* Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
* Promote the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
* Uphold a clean and organized workspace.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive client experience.

Please join us in welcoming our new Executive Director, David Strong!

David Strong served as the Executive Director of AHAT Homecare (Affordable Housing and Treatment), formerly AIDS Housing Association of Tacoma and is the Pastor of Spirit of Christ Community Church in Tacoma. He completed the University of Washington’s certificate programs in Human Service Management and Nonprofit Management. He has served on the Board of the Pride Foundation, Multifaith Works and the Religious Coalition for Equality. He completed the Rockwood Leadership Fellowship for LGBT leaders. He also served as a member of the State of Washington HIV Prevention Planning Group (Department of Health), the HIV DOH Taskforce for HIV Health Disparities and the Pierce County Taskforce on HIV/AIDS Housing. He currently serves on the University of Washington Advisory Board for the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program. He is the first alumni to serve on the advisory board. David is a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum for the Tacoma/Pierce County Chapter.
