Sorry for the last minute update. We apologize for the delay. Tomorrow we are opening at 10 am. Very limited inventory. We are also very short staff at the moment. Togo only until Friday.

Quick update

Renovation is going good so far, we decided to redo our entire bar so it’s setting us back a few extra days. We’re not going to ready by the 20th of this month.
We’re aiming for the end of this month. Will keep you guys posted with our progress by the end of this week.

This combo is 🤤.. we are closing the restaurant for a few weeks to remodel. Our last day is Feb 25th Sunday. We’ll keep everyone posted on when we’ll reopen 🙂

We’ll have to figure out the parking situation, unfortunately we had no prior notice from the construction company or the city.

This could last up to few months and maybe longer depending on the permits they have obtained from the city to continue the closure of street parking.

How does a private own company get to closed down entire street both side ? Mind you, the site manager ask me to move my car. Which I had parked on a driveway that is privately own by the building next door ( with the tenant permission) I had asked him why is it it necessary to closed down entire street, when all they need is one side and where their drive way is. His answer “we bought this from the city” we own this street.

My family have been in this area since 1997, we are a small family own restaurant. So many things happened through covid that we had to fight really hard to stay in this area, but now this.. I hope i can get the city to look at this and consider us small businesses. Give us the opportunity to serve our local community. This construction is going to go on for years. We’re not sure how this will play out for our business in the long run.

Our opening hours that day is 8am-3pm
we are expected to be really busy that day. We suggest coming right at opening. Depending on how busy we get, we might not be able to take togo order over the phone or reserve any food. We want to make sure that there is enough for folks who come in at the store.

Cleaning up the mess today , and just received a phone call from a blocked number harassing us. Saying if we post stuff online, she will write us bad reviews online. what is going on 😠

Here we go again. When will this ever stop. We do this about twice a year. As a small business this is hurting us. It’s very sad that this person is roaming freely vandalizing all the local business and resident and yet nothing is being done. This person is obviously not in their right mind, roaming around the street with a hammer. Each of our employees have replaced their car window at least once! What if the next thing he smash isn’t a window? At this point, there’s no law and order. How many times have we call the police, how many times have this person been arrested and just simply a slap on the wrist. A simple “file a report online” is not doing us any good. This will happen again. The salon next door just got her windows replaced yesterday, that didn’t even lasted 24 hrs!!!
