Day # 3 complete. Even did an incline on the treadmill today. I am challenging you all to encourage and inspire someone to do something they have been putting off and help them keep the flame burning. Be their supporter and love every minute of their beauty they do or make. 🥰 *w

Make sure to hydrate, stretch, and take time to love yourself today. Day #3 today working out and holding us accountable. Began today with a very light breakfast, water, and half a cup of coffee ☕️. Routine is starting to get in.

I’ve been getting to work out first the last two days and now my fiancé gets to be first this AM.

My starting weight is 344.9. Yep, gained a bit. Not surprised at all. PCOS does that and I like pop 🤨🤦🏻‍♀️. No more in our house though.

Niyah's Thoughts 4/29/2020: So, I decided to start my journey on losing 150 lbs. I just felt like it was time to change something in my life and so I did. I figured I also would try this all natural weight and vegan supplement while working out to see if it would enhance my results. It was a really rough start, but glad I finished my first 10 strong. The results are coming in and I can see it. I am praying for strength the rest of the day through. Also, I began to PMS cause I was hungry 😂 and was craving, but the Tru pills have proven to kick that to the curb. I also bought some more for my quarantine work out playing Beat Saber 😂 and for walks. Weighing in at 330 this week. Can't wait for next months update and before and after. I will keep y'all posted.

Niyah's thoughts Feb 19, 2020

Been out of work for 9 days and have to say that having nothing to do has been taking a bit of a toll on my mental health. Since my car accident, I have been told to rest and rest, but my mind won't. Wondering where the man who put me in all this pain is. Why he is not being held accountable? Why won't he take accountability? Why did he lie to me?

My body doesn't want to rest, but I have to. I feel like I have to bring myself a sense of justice for me to breathe. It's hard to sleep at night, sit for long period of time or stand, and even harder to drive physically and stay aware because I am traumatized. Although I appear fine emotionally, I feel am paralyzed inside.

Very early this morning I also had one of the worst nightmares episodes ever in a while. It was difficult to cope and so my partner had to assure me I was alright by holding me tight so that I could rest. I couldn't stop shaking and instantly blacked out like I usually do. I wish I had a better response to these feelings...

I remember the days when I didn't have my significant other by my side to help ease it all. I thank heaven for him. However, I need an efficient way to control my life because that is more than likely why I am freaking out mentally right now.

I can't keep thinking like this. I have to believe for my own sake that it will get better. This glass represents my life right now. It will only get even more full. I just have to be patient and believe with patience and perseverance that it will be in my favor. 🙏

Due to unfortunate and unforseen circumstances, Empathy will not be released this Friday 2/14/2020. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. My life took quite a turn recently and currently recovering from my car accident. I didn't have pain at first, but now I am and the migraines and pain have been intolerable and I am exhausted.

The new release date is going to be announced once a new music producer is hired. I am hoping by August/ September. For those that had already ordered, you will have a surprise gift included with your order if you choose to wait for the release. If not, please e-mail me and I will assist you.

With this all being said, I am looking for music producers in the Renton - Tacoma area. If you are interested, please e-mail your work to [email protected] and tell me about your work experience. From there I will be conducting interviews and scheduling times. Please include 3 tracks of your best work and a bit about you. What makes you so passionate about music? Do you have references? What inspires you as an artist?

Once I feel a bit better, I will reach out to you all. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled.
