🎞What a great night! We had a Movie Night and PJ Party with PJ last week at Tin Can Alley!

A huge shout out to NACE Tacoma Chapter for reaching out to us to host and for helping make this event a blast! It was an evening of luxurious lounging where our fellow event industry besties came to engage in post-gala reveries as they all recover from frequent-event-exhaustion.

Call for Event Production Crew!

On-Call, Part-Time Flexible Work, Set in a Fun, Creative Work Place!

This on-call work is flexible; the shifts get posted, and you work when you can! We make sure to give a minimum of four hours per shift, and pay premium wages for late-night work.

General Description and Duties:

Shifts (availability for one, or all)
-Occasional weekdays, 10am-4/5pm
-Occasional weekends, 5pm/6pm-midnight
-Occasional weekends, 8am-3/4pm

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic workers who like to be active in the workplace and bring positive, creative attitudes.

Our on-call production crew primarily assists with the setting and striking of events. This involves lifting, pushing, staging large and small décor items, placing linens and centerpieces.

There is currently a need for weekly on-call persons to help with pulling props in our warehouse, loading and unloading the truck, occasional assistance with floral arranging, inventory checks and organizing the warehouse, as well as other tasks including painting, prop restoration, sewing and maintaining our garden spaces.

Driving box trucks experience, a plus, but not necessary.

We are an award-winning, woman-owned and operated, event design and décor company, serving the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. We've been in business for over 30 years, having built an exemplary reputation in the event design industry.

We have an expansive warehouse full of props, draperies/linens, and furniture that we use to create beautiful sets for corporate and private events in the area, and at our own venue.

We are located in Tacoma near the Tacoma Dome Transit Stations.

We couldn't contain our excitement to dust off our 15 ft., custom designed Eiffel Tower for a vintage Vegas event that was hosted here, at our very own
Tin Can Alley-Tacoma 🥂🎲♠️

We had a fantastic job fair/ happy hour with our ILEA industry piers at their ILEA Seattle Rally at the Alley event. How close are we to the Tacoma Dome! Check out the drone photo...its just up the top of our green belt. Thanks Be Good Photography for snapping these great photos. Also, thanks you to 1000 Words for bringing moon doggie photo bus, Blue Ink for graphic design, Cafe Pacific for serving their amazing food out of cans and Landmark AV for killing it with lighting, sound system and projection.

Great and sunny day to photograph a recruiting / networking event for ILEA Seattle last Wednesday. While Tin Can Alley had some great indoor spaces set up, most folks wanted to chat in their outside space to soak up some sun.

The drone got a little exercise too - even with all the power lines in that area, I was able to fly it to get the Tacoma Dome in view behind the venue.
