Great weekend spent in Spokane judging the NPC Night of Champions at the Northern Quest casino. Great venue and terrific line up of athletes and coaches well run show! Always an honor and pleasure to serve in this capacity!

And that’s a wrap! Congrats to for putting on a great show yesterday with an excellent IFBB Pro line up of Men’s Physique, Figure and Bikini and a great line up of NPC athletes! It was a pleasure to judge with so many great leaders from the PNW and also from out of state. Congratulations to all the athletes who competed!

This is long overdue but big Congratulations to Tarik Bottoms, our 2024 Overall Men’s Physique champion!! We are all about Building and celebrating our Champions and are proud to announce that Tarik earned his IFBB pro card at the in July!

Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about the opportunity to judge the 2024 Rising Phoenix and Arizona Pro-Am championships this past weekend.

This event was special on so many levels—an all-women’s show, promoted by women and judged by women. Being included as a judge was truly an honor. I’m deeply appreciative of the space created to celebrate how far women have come in transforming the bodybuilding industry.

Just a few decades ago, women weren’t even competing in this sport, and now we’re seeing true gender parity. Here’s to continuing the legacy and empowering the next generation of female athletes! 💪✨

It's been nonstop since the show with family in town, birthday celebrations and a quick trip to Canada. Finally getting a moment to unwind and reconnect now that the show is complete.

First, I want to say how much I appreciate all of your feedback since the show. I take every comment to heart and am passionate about delivering an amazing competition experience for the athletes , as well as experience for our sponsors and attendees.

I want to take this moment to thank my husband and our boys Ace and Blaze who were with us every step of the way with every project and every task leading into the show. Blaze and I made the athlete buttons in record time, and Ace ended up becoming a valued photography assistant. And in addition to having his own booth at the show, made himself available to help in so many ways to include doing daily pick ups, loading and setting up the venue and packaging all the awards.

There will be many more thank yous in the coming days, but I wanted to start by thanking my family for being there to support me and helping me achieve my goal of putting on a special event for our community 💕🙏🏾
