Did you know that we make all the toppings for all of our toasts in house?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​From the Chipotle Sauce to the Herb & Spice Blend, we do it all ourselves primarily because we find it’s the best way to control ingredients (have you tried to find a prepared sauce lately without sugar or a prepared seasoning without stabilizers or TONS of salt?) but also cause it’s kinda fun honestly.

We never ever ever use sugar in anything and since we’re making it and using it right away we don’t need artificial colors, stabilizers or any of the million other weird things that are added to food.

We apply the same logic to all of our salads, salad dressings, and snacks.

When we have to buy something ready made (like our delicious granola), we take the time to source the most delicious things with ingredient labels that match what we’d make if we could make it ourselves.

We launched two new salads: our Spinach & Arugula salad with mandarin oranges, strawberries, h**p seeds, and poppyseed dressing + our Vegan Caesar.

We launched a hummus plate with carrots, cucumber, celery, kalamata olives and a big scoop of our Garlic Hummus.

We launched two great grain bowls. Our Chipotle Bowl has black beans, corn, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro and Chipotle sauce. Our Greek Bowl has cucumber, chickpeas, red onion, kalamata olives and simple oil and vinegar dressing. Both bowls come served on a big bed of brown rice but you can also choose to sub all greens (spinach and arugula blend) or go 50/50 greens and grains for a little of everything.

And last but not least, we launched an Acai smoothie. With acai, pineapple, strawberry, banana and beet (just for color, you know we wouldn’t use artificial colors) and orange juice this thing is 🔥.

Introducing our seasonal Spinach & Arugula Salad! The name doesn’t really do it justice but coming up with fancy names is hard.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This salad is spinach & arugula (surprise!) topped with mandarin oranges and sliced strawberries then sprinkled with h**p seeds. The dressing is an amazing poppyseed dressing. This salad just screams “Spring” even if it’s screaming it a little too early.

The Spinach & Arugula salad is available now in store, online and via DoorDash. But hurry, this one’s seasonal and won’t be around forever.

Our Red Velvet Smoothie is back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This smoothie hits all the right chocolatey red velvet notes, plus it’s super creamy.

As always, no added sugar, nothing artificial, and 100% vegan. Just banana, beet (can’t tasted it, promise), cocoa powder, vanilla, date and oat milk.

As with all of our seasonal smoothies, this one’s only available on a limited basis through end of February.

You guys love our acai bowl so much we thought “let’s make an acai smoothie”! With acai, pineapple, strawberries, banana, beet (we cross our hearts you can’t taste the beet) and orange juice, its a different flavor profile than our acai bowl but it’s freaking delicious and it’s only available for a limited time.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This smoothie is sweet & slightly tangy with complex flavors that come together beautifully.

We use pure, unsweetened acai, not the stuff with 12 grams of added sugar you’ll find most places.
