The Strawberry Chocolate Rose might be our all-time favorite. The rosewater is so subtle & works perfectly with the chocolate donut & strawberry icing.
are always vegan & gluten (which basically means you’re eating a salad, which is good for you, so these are too lol).

The restaurant owner version of a great report card… My staff do a tremendous job keeping everything shipshape. I’m so thankful for them. I’ve worked places where everyone dreaded the Health Dept coming in. For us, it’s just checking a box, some polite convo, and they’re on their on way. 💓

My daddy passed away and I’m taking some family time.
We will be closed Wed & Thu Feb 7 & 8, AND this Friday Feb 9.
He’s free from the pain he was in and though we miss him dreadfully, we are all so happy for him. It’s what he wanted. He’s free now and amongst the stars and angels.

This is the 3rd time they’ve had me on TV Tacoma & I’ve been invited back again the beginning of May. Squeeeeeee! 😁😁😁

Taking care of yourself, as a whole, is the way to go. One of the key components is moving your body and building and maintaining strength and flexibility. Back in 2021, I started working with Anthony Organically Grown Muscle to do just that. I took what he taught me in our personal training sessions and then applied them to home workouts. Change doesn’t happen overnight but with consistent effort, I am now so much healthier and happier. When you lose 32 pounds, and build muscle, it literally feels like putting down a heavy backpack you’ve been carrying.
 I encourage you to reach out to Anthony or any of the many great personal trainers and smaller gyms that give one on one, tailored fitness coaching.
And remember, the number one thing you can do to improve your physical health, is to improve the quality of the food you eat. It all starts in the gut.
