How do I make an impact on this world? This child right here. An unexpected surprise changed my world. I was just talking to another Mama about what it’s like to being a child in this world today. And she said the world needed our children. We are the disrupters. This is one of the many ways we’re disrupting the world as you know it.

I found my sister a great deal on a cosmetic fixer off market before she had her baby. After not being able to finance a much smaller condo on market and having to go out of contract, this townhouse style condo twice the size popped in my emails and the awesome wholesaler worked with us. It’s awesome to be able to work with buyers on a budget without having to put in so many offers. And basically no competition! So happy it all worked out in the end after only starting to look a couple months prior!

I’ve been so busy with big plans for the future. I can’t wait to change the real estate industry. It’s long overdue!

It’s better to get to the root of the problem, not just scratch at the surface. All of this has to go!

Sometimes, I need to remind myself that dealing with other people is such an unknown variable. I obsess over what went wrong, and what I could have done to do better, but it really wasn’t something I could control. Some people have their own perspectives they’ll never get out of their head. And some people will never take accountability for their actions. This is why the real estate industry needs to change. Shifts are already happening, and I can’t wait to see what the future brings. Sometimes it’s the little things that make me smile. I have the best electrician on my team!

Do you know how to estimate holding costs? It’s a HUGE part of the rehab budget, especially for larger projects. If you don’t have the right timing on repairs, this could eat away at any profits. Making sure you have the right team who works well with others and works in a timely manner is key to being successful in this business. I’m definitely learning that the hard way! I’m putting together a solid contract to keep everyone on task
