I want to invite you to join on Monday August 26th at 5:30pm in Tahlequah for a Walk With A Doc led by Dr. Shawna Duncan (pediatrician, pediatric residency director, and OSUCOM professor) to teach us about the benefits of Family Dinners. A great topic for how busy our lives can be with school and activities this time of year. The weather looks like it will be hot but clear. We will plan to be in our regular location at Cherokee National History Museum south lawn. After she chats with us, we will join together in a 1-mile walk through Downtown Tahlequah!
